  I stayed for while in the Alicante apartment and it was fantastic, there was an amazing atmosphere, above all during summer because it's full of light! Plus, it's rounded by every kind of shop so I always found everything I needed with no effort. I recommend it also because Alexis is a great guy, everytime there was even the tiniest problem we solved it in a couple of days :D

  I'm living right now in Alexis' house in Alicante and I must admit that it's very comfortable. it has everything, each room has a tv, there is one extra tv also in the living room. in the kitchen we have a microwave and the washing machine is very modern so you are sure it won't destroy your clothes :) internet is fast and works without a problem the bus stop to the university is just around the corner and in front of the house we have a supermarket, there are banks, a 24/7 store, and it's close to the city centre around 15 mins walking. first i thought that i would try this place just for half a year but after having been here i know that i will stay for the whole master which lasts 2 years. what's more Alexis is a great guy, very helpful, once we had a problem we wrote to him and the next day the problem was solved. I want to recommend this place to everyone :) Ania

  I lived for three years in the Barcelona apartment in Calle Corsega and my long stay there explains a lot..wonderful apartment, wonderful people, and a place I can call Home. the flat is perfectly located in a great central area, safe and quiet: it's completely renewed, very clean, and full of light..I am already missing my breakfasts there enjoying the sun in the kitchen! :) the atmosphere was exactly what I needed..relaxing, funny, easy-going, and very very respectful. I left with great memories of the flat and 2 really good friends inside :) Higly Recommended!!

  I lived for 10 months in Barcelona, and i was so lucky to get to stay with Alexis and Amanda. It was really amazing and I felt at home. The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable and it is located at a very central and peacefull neighborhood!. really loved my house in Barcelona, and I will remember those great memories!!! Thank you a lot!! Nos vemos pronto en Ecuador!!!

  I spent nearly a year leaving at this house in Alicante when I was studying at uni.I was quite lucky to find this place. The location is perfect as you are really close to the centre (just 5 minutes walking). Food shops, chemist, restaurants, and banks are all in the same (website hidden)'s also well connected as there are 24 hours buses, one of them takes you to Uni. Leaving in the house was really good. All the premises were renewed. I payed for the biggest bedroom which had a TV (as the rest of my flatmates) a really comfortable double bed (with a new mattress!!)big wardrobe, desk, shelves more than enough to store all my stuff. It was a great experience also because of the people I had to share the house with, it was easy to keep the house tidy and clean. There was also a cleaning lady coming for cleaning the common areas and that was the greatest point I would say :) I looked for a flat quite for a while and didn't find a better quality for the value. Highly recommended!

  I lived for 10 months in Barcelona with Alexis and Amanda. I had the time of my life and I felt immediately comfortable! This flat is higly recommended: a lot of light, very clean, nice and safe neighborhood (very central), lovely people (and many more)! I can't forget this year and great memories will last forever; I had a place where I loved spending my time in. Thank you so much! You're always welcome, whenever you want!

  Impressions de la fondatrice : alexis, franco-espagnol et amanda, équatorienne, vous ouvriront les portes de leur appartement avec grand plaisir; ce couple travaille la journée mais ils vous seront d'une grande aide le soir ou le matin ou encore le we pour vous balader dans la ville 'lumière' espagnole. idéal pour de longs séjours, étudiants, expats, ou encore voyageur souhaitant s'installer sur barcelone ou perfectionner son espagnol. appartement propre, sécurisé, confortable; très bon rapport qualité-prix. a recommander. merci à alexis et amanda pour leur super accueil et pour notre petite conversation bien sympa! :)

  From Sep 2012 until May 2013, I had the very special pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment of Alexis and his girlfriend! After several drawbacks from other apartment visits (I stopped counting...), I really felt that THIS is where I wanted to stay during my time in Barcelona. The flat is very light, clean, beautifully furnished and is equiped with everything you need - no matter if you plan a short or long-term stay. The neighbourhood is very central and safe (might be important especially for young women like me) and the flat owners are SUPER nice :-) Very easygoing, helpful and fun. By the way, if you want to enjoy the best Mojito in your life, this is THE place to be...

  I've rented a room from Alexis for one year. Upon our initial contact, he was always pleasant, helpful and directly answered any question I had. Living here, I count my blessings to live in a flat that is modern, light-filled and centrally-located. Alexis strives to create an ambience of mutual respect in the house and expects you do the same. And oh yea, he's super nice to boot! I give my official stamp of approval :)

  The place was wonderful! Had everything we needed to live comfortably and cozy. Loved the location right next to a big grocery store, fruit shop, and it was a nice walk to the beach and shops. The host and his mother are great and flexible. They were readily available for us to contact and very friendly and welcoming. Our flight got messed up and they let us stay an extra night plus they gave us a ride to the bus stop for the airport. All great, nothing bad to say! (Apartment in C/ Luis Braille - Alicante)

  We are two international students and we stayed in the flat for 8 months. Flat has very good location with good accessibility everywhere. It´s just about 20mins walk to the beach and the bus stop to University is literally around the corner. Everything what you need can be reached by hand, fruitshop, butchers also the local supermarket can be seen from the balcony! The flat is spacious, bright and clean ideal for 3 people. Even the housekeeper comes every 2 weeks who clean common areas, brilliant! Alexis is very helpful, whenever we had any problems we could contact him at any time. Also his mum and dad are really nice and welcoming people who made our stay much easier from the beginning. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and would higly recommend this flat to everyone for either short or long stay. Thank you again for everything Alexis! :)

  el piso está bien, bien iluminado, excelente ubicación (entre Gran via, la playa, plaza del mar, el centro ciudad) Todo a 15 minutos a pies ! Bien equipado, hasta de cosas en los cuales usted no pensó, Uno acogida muy muy buena Gracias Alexis y a su familia tambien

  Piso muy bien situado. Mercadona, tiendas y parques a proximidad. Las habitaciones están bastante cómodas. El piso tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar: lavadora, vajilla, horno, etc.

  L'appartement est très spacieux et très illuminé. J'ai passé deux mois avec une amie dans la chambre avec le balcon et elle était bien assez grande pour nous. Nous ne manquons de rien car tous les outils ménagers sont mis à notre disposition. C'est une bonne expérience que je recommanderai!! Merci à Alexis ainsi qu'a sa maman qui a été très gentille avec nous. (The Vintage Apartment)

  I stayed at the flat in Alicante for the scond semester of my Erasmus year. The flat is ver well situated as there is a bus that takes you to University only 2 mins from the flat. The centre is 15 mins walk from the house but if you don't want to walk there are various buses that take you there. The flat was as seen in the pictures and the most important clean. This could probably variate according to whom is living in the house but Alexis is trying to keep some standards. He is very helpful and ready to resolve every question one may have. His mother has also helped me and the housemates in various occasions. Recommended not only for the location but for the communication as well. (The Vintage Apartment)

  The apartment is exactly like the pictures and it is a spacious apartment. If you need any help, you can always take contact with Daniela and she will come inmediately to the apartment to solve it. The apartment is located in front a good supermarket where you can buy everything. Furthermore the bus stop that takes you the university and to the city center are 2 minutes away. Walking to the center is also possible and is around 20 minutes (but you can take the bus as well, even in the nights). (The Vintage Apartment)

  I stayed for a semester in the Vintage Apartment in Alicante and I can definitely recommend it due to its location between university and city center and most important a really good communication to Alexis and his family who were throughout my stay very helpful.   I stayed in this apartment in Alicante for like a month. It is all white and clean and it has everything you would need. It is very close to Mercadona (Super market), just 2 minutes away which is also great. It is also very close to all alicante's best areas including the citadel.
  I never met Alexis but it was a pleasure meeting his great mom and her friend Malika, they were both very nice and helpful. (The Vintage Apartment)

  I'm still in the apartment in Alicante, and has been a really good experience. I'm leaving in a month, Alexis was really attentive and his mom Danielle it's really kind and nice, and always there for everything. The apartment it's nice, illuminated, near to a super market, it's a really good location.

  I have had a very nice stay at the Alicante apartment. It's very comfortable and has a very good location just a couple of meters from Mercadona supermarket and near San Fernando Castle. Alexis and Danielle have been very attentive and kind. I recomend this apartment to have a very good stay at Alicante.
